REMOTE COMPUTER HELP
If you need remote assistance just follow these simple steps:
1. Click the button below. Then click the "Download Now" button.
2. Click on the downloaded file to open it
3. Let us know the personal ID number that is shown near the top left of the screen. It is a nine digit number under the section labeled "This Desk"
4. When we try to access your computer, you will be prompted to allow us access. Just click the button to allow our technician access
