Click the Service Request Button to request a service visit. We strive to reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Please provide detail about your request and attach photos, screenshots or drawings which help describe your needs.

For current clients, click on the Kickserv Button to log into our Field Service Management Platform. This requires the primary email account you provided to VCS for verification. Here you can check the status of your work orders, appointments and invoices along with other useful information.

If requested by a VCS technician, click the TeamViewer QuickSupport Button to download and install software to allow remote access to your computer to effect repairs or walk you through the steps of an operation. You will need to provide the 9-digit “Your ID” number and the password underneath it. When the session with the technician is complete, exit the software and we will no longer have access to your computer.
